Payment mEthod
All payments are processed securely through Venmo. Please send your pay to @
Approval before payment
IMPORTANT: Do not send any payments until Brenda has personally approved your appointment through direct communication (phone call or text message confirmation). Writing that you want an appointment is not considered a booking.
When to Pay
Once Brenda confirms your session, payment is due in full at the time of booking to hold your spot. For group events, a deposit may be required, with the balance due before the event.
How To pay
Open the Venmo app and search for @. Enter the session fee and include your full name and session date in the note section (for exmaple: "Jane Smith - 10/15 Reading").
Cancellations & refunds
Payments are non-refundable once the session begins. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice and yuor payment will be applied to your new date.
Confirmation
Once your payment is recieved, you'll recieve a confirmation message with al the session detail and payment confirmation.
REMINDER: Only make payments AFTER Brenda has confirmed your session directly. this ensures your appointment is officially scheduled.
